Elizabeth Cooke is a Dorset author perhaps better known as Elizabeth McGregor, under which name her twelve novels have been published worldwide. ‘The Ice Child’ – her most famous title – was published in 17 countries; ‘Learning By Heart’ was in the final shortlist for Romantic Novelist of the Year, chosen by the public from over 14,000 titles. She also writes comedies under the pen name Holly Fox. ‘Little White Lies’ was televised by the BBC and starred Gerard Butler. Recently Liz has been also working on stage plays, but her other great passion is painting. She specialises in semi–abstract landscapes.
