Celebrity Come Draw With Me

Babette will be at the National Portrait Gallery on Thursday 26th Jan from 6-8pm for Celebrity Come Draw With Me

Celebrities include Vic Reeves, Levi Roots, and Lynn Truss

Other artists leading drawing workshops inspired by the collection are Rupert Alexander, Dryden Goodwin, Timothy Hyman R.A. Michael Landy RA , Chris Orr RA and Posy Simmons.

Tickets cost £15 each available from Big Draw Shop www.campaignfordrawing.org

Money collected from the tickets will help raise funds for the Campaign for Drawing which operates the Big Draw in 22 countries around the world. This is a National Campaign for Drawing (Originated by Quentin Blake) event, to increase Children’s Literacy and awareness of the art of the picture book and love of drawing.

We need the following details:

• Your contact information
• Details of your work with some description of same
• We will need to know which section of the arts you wish to register under for example if you are an author, painter, poet, illustrator etc. It is important for all authors to register according to status i.e. if you are published / unpublished or in the case of visual arts exhibited/non exhibited.
• You will also be able to add posts to the site to promote your work

If the nature of your work is diverse you will be able to set it under Categories and we will note different tags etc that may help as well. For example you may be an author of adult fiction and childrens’ picture books that is two different categories. Do please contact us if you have any questions.

You will be required to pay £10 for every six months you are with Authors and Artists Bookshop. This can be done through the Paypal buttons we have available. Reminders will be sent for renewals. Email addresses through the website can be set up at a cost of £15. This email address will be available as long as you are registered with Artists and Authors Bookshop.
